    Being a Registered User  is free and provides

  • Self-publishing for an Registered User  to post their Resume at no fee and to have a Member Web Page.
  • Control the layout of the Registered User  home page.
  • Additionally, a Registered User  also has the ability to participate in Forums, some of which are restricted to Registered Users   and to be authorized for restricted Private Forums.
  • For an e-Marketing  subscription, the Directory listing, which is the entity (government unit, business or organization), there must be a Registered User  (a person) that can be assigned self-publishing authority for that specific Directory listing e-Marketing  subscription.
